“Massage is the study of anatomy in braille“ -Jack Meagher
I am a licensed massage therapist and I have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from a 1,000-hour program at Northampton Community College in 2022. My work experience includes providing Swedish and Therapeutic massage at a local Spa after graduating. I am also a member of American Massage Therapy Association since 2021.
As a massage therapist I am interested in how the body works and using traditional techniques to help with healing and ease pain. After working in a local Spa for the last two years, I have realized how I enjoy helping people feel better and see them relaxed and relieve tension. I specially enjoy being able to help someone with challenges. I believe Massage Therapy is an excellent choice for relieving tension, ease pain but also relieve and reduce stress. I am passionate about making people feel better.
I decided to open an office to accommodate those clients I have outside of my current job at the Spa. I specialize in several massage modalities including Swedish, hot salt stones massage, cupping massage, trigger point and deep tissue massage. I am continuing my education by attending certification courses that are offered in the area as opportunities arise.
In addition to practicing massage therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am the father of two boys, a 16-year-old, and a 7-year-old.
