Craniosacral therapy aims to empower the body's natural healing abilities by using sustained gentle pressure focused primarily on the skull, facial bones and tailbone. Gentle manipulations release restrictions within the fascia and central nervous system. A number of conditions are indicated for CST; including headaches/migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, TMJ disorders, PTSD, autism spectrum disorders and more.
Therapeutic massages fall under 'Integrative Bodywork.' These session incorporate various technique drawing from MLD, Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish/relaxation, and Energy Work. Sessions begin with a thorough intake to ensure each treatment is unique and customized to the individual.
