"Balance is the key to everything. What we do, think, say, eat, feel, they all require awareness and through this awareness we can grow." -Koi Fresco
Working towards balance in the body, mind, and soul by integrating multiple therapeutic massage modalities is the main goal. Every"body" is unique and each session will always be custom tailored to meet your short and long term movement goals. Massage sessions do not have to be painful (the hold your breath kind of pain) in order to be effective. Improving muscle tension and range of motion can be achieved in a non-painful way.
Benefits of massage therapy include:
Reduces: muscle tension, muscle stiffness, fatigue and stress
Enhances: soft tissue function, athletic performance, quality of sleep and relaxation.
Increases: circulation to tissue, range of motion (allowing your body to be in optimal alignment during lifts, resulting in proper engagement of muscle groups)
