Life Back Massage Therapy is located at 20 Cedar Blvd., 3rd Floor, Suite 305, Pittsburgh Pa, 15228. Its the green office building. There is meter street parking that excepts credit cards or you can use the local parking app. Street parking near the building is free after 5 pm. There is also a parking garage up the hill that is only $1.00 from 6 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.

Lebanon offers several locations for EV charging. An EV charging station is part of the renovated Overlook parking lot in the Beverly Road shopping district. Mt. Lebanon received a $9,000 grant in the form of a rebate through the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Driving PA Forward program to help offset the cost of the $20,179 ChargePoint EV Charger. The station includes two Level 2 charging ports, capable of adding 10 to 20 miles of driving range per charging hour, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Users must pay to use the station: Cost is $1.25 for the first hour and $2.25 thereafter, with a maximum of $8 for every four hours of use. Users must create an account with ChargePoint. A QR code for the app appears on the charger display to allow for easy download to a mobile device. |

Life Back Massage Therapy cares about each and every one of the clients. We want to make sure the client gets the massage they want that is also safe for them.
We will focus on therapeutic massage for every day aches and pains, athletes, people that have had a history of cancer, to help regain positive energy, and more. As well as add on services like aromatherapy, mini hot stones, muscle therapy, soon cupping will be added!

*Please be aware that not all therapist are trained in modalities like Oncology or Pregnancy. If you have or have had cancer, lymph nodes removed, or you are pregnant please email to schedule to make sure you are scheduled with the right therapist so that we can safely provide massage and not have to cancel/reschedule with the right therapist.
For ALL guest please arrive in office 15 minutes to use the restroom, get water and start relaxing. If you need to fill out paperwork and do not arrive early then your massage time will be shortened. Paperwork must be filled out before your appointment can start, this is why the paperwork is sent to your email in advance. Please make sure that your email is easily accessibly for you to fill it out.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy - To cancel an appointment you must do so at least 24 hours in advance with no fee applied. You can however reschedule without an appointment fee as long as you keep the rescheduled appointment. If you do not show up for an appointment and do not call to cancel then you will be charged 100% appointment fee. To help this type of event not to happen we send out confirmation and reminder emails as well as text messages for guest that do not have email addresses. These fees are to make sure that the therapist time is paid for that appointment. If there are any concerns or issues with our policies please email/call us to communicate your concerns calmly so that we can help ease your stress. We care about the well being of our guest as well as our staff and we want everyone to be stress free and happy. Please reschedule your appointment if you have been in contact with someone who has recently had covid or flu, you curranty have covid, flu, fever, cold symptoms. During allergy season please, if you are having strong allergy symptoms please bring a mask to prevent couching and sneezing fluids from spreading. If you are visible sick and show up to the appointment you will be asked to leave and schedule another appointment when you are better, the appointment will be charged for that day.
Age Requirement- The person receiving the massage must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent sign this form at the designated signature line as well as be present in the room for the duration of the massage.
- Please understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Rude, demeaning, harassing behavior is NOT tolerated. You will be asked to leave, could be subject to law enforcement being called and the appointment will be charged for that day. All parties will be respectful.
- I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
- If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.
- I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
- I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries before entering the treatment room.
- I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.
- By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork.
