I have been a practicing licensed massage therapist since 2012. During the time since I graduated, I have extended my knowledge and specialized in targeted area treatment and headache/migraine relief to give my clients the best results in the area(s) that cause the most problems. Whether it is aiding in the rehab of an injury or surgery, relieving the buried stress of daily work and personal lives, or continuing to add to my clients self-care routines, my treatments are ever evolving to best suit the needs of my clients.
