Katie has been a practicing LMT since 2011 and has 6 years prior experience as a PT Aide. Her work is a unique and nuanced blend of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and sports massage applied through a graceful dance of flowing transitions to wrap you up in a deep state of relaxation and relief. Each session is customized with either a goal-oriented specific focus on your needs or a more general focus on relaxation and stress reduction. An optional steam towel with head and face massage is offered to end the session, leaving you feeling well cared for.
