Hello there! My name is John Muñoz and I am a full-time independent massage therapist and business owner. For almost 8 years I've spent time working on everyone from average gym-goers to professional and collegiate athletes/teams in Arizona. Throughout this time I've developed an intuitive bodywork style combining elements of deep tissue, sports, Thai stretching, and myofascial release. I have a degree in Kinesiology and firmly believe understanding and studying anatomy is essential to being an effective therapist.
Every massage is tailored to the needs of the client and any techniques used or recommendations given are always offered with consideration to their specific issues or concerns. I don't claim to be a healer, nor will I ever promise to "fix" anything. What I will do is help to the best of my abilities and refer you to further care if necessary. Pain and tightness are symptoms we all experience, but we can deal with them in a healthier way.
