Collectively, we strive to provide spiritual, mental and physical support in transformation; holding space for healing to happen by encouraging self reflection and reconnection to your highest self and your innate healing intelligence. We hope to educate you on self-care and alignment by clearing toxic habits and distortions of self view. Our modalities are unique, individualized and deeply therapeutic; as they include ancient Thai, Chinese, and Taoist theory of energy flow, somatic expression and kinesiology.

The Waiting Room is the 3rd door of the Hallway. There is a bench outside the door as well.
Thank you for arriving early for your appointment, taking time to center and listen to your body so that you may adequately communicate your needs for treatment. Please silence your devices and prepare to remove your shoes before entering the treatment space. No need to knock on any doors; your therapist will greet you when they are ready.
