Myofascial Release specifics
Recommendations for session: Skin contact is most effective during treatment. However, your comfort level is honored. Loose fitting shorts, a tank top, sports bra, or two-piece bathing suit are suggested wear.
What is fascia and JFB MFR?
The fascial system in the body is akin to the dark matter in the universe. Fascia is a continuous three-dimensional web of consciousness or awareness that is constantly responding to thoughts, feelings, and surroundings.
The fascial system touches every cell in our entire body, and therefore JFB MFR addresses a variety of symptoms and diagnoses.
The intention of a JFB MFR therapist is to connect with the origin of the restriction, reveal the body’s innate healing ability, and allow it to reestablish homeostasis.
It requires a minimum of 3 to 5 minutes for fascial restriction to begin to release.
This unique approach focuses on releasing restrictions in the fascia.
