Hands on Healing Massage Therapy

Welcome to Hands on Healing Massage Therapy! 

My name is Amanda and I have been practicing in the St. Cloud area for two years. I have been trained in a variety of modalities, and you can explore the Services Menu to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work. 

I graduated with my AAS degree in Massage Therapy from Ridgewater College in Willmar in the spring of 2021. Prior to my massage therapy degree, I receive my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a Physical Therapy focus and a Psychology minor from Concordia College, Moorhead.

Upon graduation with my Bachelor's Degree I began working as the Exercise Specialist at chiropractic clinics in the St. Cloud area. While working at these clinics for the past 5 years I occasionally performed brief muscle work on the doctors' patients when I was not busy with Exercise Specialist duties, and this is where I rediscovered my passion for massage therapy. As someone who began seeing massage therapists at a very young age, I realized very early on how helpful and life-changing this service can be. 

I highly value each patient as an individual, and see great importance in all of the details - both "big" and "small". My goal is to use my expertise to give you the best care possible, while also listening to how you would like your massage to go. No matter where you choose to receive massage therapy, you should always feel heard and respected by your therapist!

In my down time I love cooking, exercising and spending time with my friends, boyfriend and pets!
