In addition to being the top graduate of her massage therapy class at the Institute for Holistic Health, she holds nearly two decades of experience as a yoga instructor and 7 years' experience as a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. When not working, she enjoys reading, writing and traveling with her husband, son and pup Leo.
