My specialty is helping reduce inflammation and break up scar tissue, by releasing patterns of restriction along energy meridians, improving lymphatic flow and opening up the fascia. We all have patterns of restriction that have developed from injuries, repetitive stress, illness or surgeries. Because everything in our bodies is connected and works as one, releasing these patterns causes changes not just in how your body moves but also your energy and how you process present and past events. As many of you already know, we hold issues in our tissues. This isn't just a funny catch phrase but a scientific fact that the myofascial system holds on to memories and emotions. Over the years I've developed and incorporated various modalities and tools to more effectively work on my clients.
Over the past 17 years I have developed a way releasing restrictions in the body quickly and painlessly by working with the energetic and myofascial meridians. I use a combination of techniques as well as an interactive approach bringing a client's awareness and breath to the forefront of our therapy sessions.

I have been a therapist since 2004 in a few different states. In September of 2018 I moved to Boca Raton FL from Las Vegas, NV to be closer to my family. I worked at Balance Spa in Boca Raton from October 2018 to August 2021. Currently I work independently as Florida Lymph Drainage. I currently see clients at 370 Camino Gardens Blvd #112 and only do home visits on a case by case basis. All sessions are by appointment only. My educational background is in biology and psychology as well as where those two disciplines meet. I spent some time working in medical research in psychoneuroimmunology. This interest eventually led me to my transition from research to the hands on approach. I studied at Edgar Cayce's School of Massage Therapy in Virginia Beach, graduating in 2005. From 2006-2012 I worked mainly with athletes and runners in the DC area, I developed my skills at Tri Therapeutic Massage, going out on my own in 2010 as Sanctuary's Awakening (this became Sanctuaries Awakening when I moved to Florida).
In 2012 I moved to Las Vegas, NV and there I developed my skills in Lymphatic Drainage (Chikly method) working mainly with post operative patients (cosmetic and post trauma and injury). I also developed a new technique combining fascia release along energy meridians with Trigger Point Therapy and Acupressure.
