My name is Elizabeth (Beth) Brown. I am so happy you are looking to book a massage! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. I have 3 pretty awesome boys, 2 dogs, my mom and a partridge in a pear tree (just kidding). Knowing all too well how much our day to day can affect our body, mind, and spirit; I decided I wanted to help people feel good by sharing my passion through my hands and soul. Voted one of the best Swedish Massages in my graduating class, I often find my clients snoozing away or complimenting how therapeutic my hands and touch feels. I have learned Reiki and some energy work as well as certified in John Barnes Myofascial Release by taking MFR I, II & unwinding. Ever growing in education, I am planning on classes every year by choice. Have studied a little bit of Erik Dalton's Myoskeletal Alignment techniques as well as working on more of these courses little by little. Also completed Craniosacral 1 through Upledger institute. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Glute Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through ISSA. Super excited to be headed to the NFL combine soon to learn sport stretch.
