I love working with issues and conditions brought on by our modern lifestyle, which encourages a lot of sitting and looking at screens. This results in chronic soreness and restricted motion. I also took up the sport/hobby/addiction of running in my late 30s, so I have an appreciation for what we older weekend warriors need to keep functioning our best. I like to work with your muscles, to help them remember what it feels like to relax and move again.
Located in Center Healing and Wellness, on the corner of E 13th and Main St in downtown Vancouver, Elemental Energy is conveniently located to other health professionals. There are also many wonderful shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
Parking is metered on-street, but easy to find, and free all day on weekends and weekdays after 6pm. Many meters allow you to push a button for 20 free minutes, and parking costs $0.50 per hour (coins only). Please allow for extra time, especially if you are coming for your first visit.
