Synergistic and Intuitive Massage Therapy
Dorothy is a 2024 graduate of Downeast School of Massage out of Waldoboro, ME. Although she is new to the massage field, she has a passion for learning and implementing techniques tailored to aid in each individual’s needs. When she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder at the age of 15, she spent years figuring out a holistic approach to manage her dis-ease by adjusting her nutrition to be medicine, exercise for strength, and utilizing bodywork for general maintenance and stress relief. Massage has been a part of her healing journey for years, and is what inspired her to join the field of Massage Therapy to share the gift with others. Dorothy enjoys working with a multitude of modalities, such as Swedish, sports, and deep tissue massage techniques to create a session that works with each client’s personal goals.
