If you are looking for intentional and deeply healing bodywork then this may be a great option for you. Reiki infused with bodywork weaves together the most calming techniques with movements and stretching, which I have named my technique "body movement therapy". It will look similar to typical bodywork but feel a little different as I am trained in many modalities to release tension, create space in your physical body and soften knots. While I want you to be relaxed and at ease during the session you should also be prepared to be present and to go deeper into your healing. These sessions are meant to be healing on physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist since 2009 and became a Reiki Master in Spring 2021. Being a Reiki Master, the energy naturally flows through me. In the massage I intentionally direct that energy into you as needed. I may also guide you through visualizations, chakra balancing, stretches, gentle breathing techniques, incorporate essential oils of choice, crystals, vibrational music and self-love mantras.
