"If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?”
I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, prenatal massage, sports massage, Shiatsu, trigger point therapy, and polarity therapy. I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in July 2017 and have a special interest in working with individuals facing chronic conditions. My approach is integrative and holistic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Additionally, I graduated from the Academy of Healing Nutrition in New York City, where I studied natural healing modalities that encompass the mind, body, and spirit, including Traditional Chinese Medicine.
On a personal note, I am married and a proud mom of two boys, a daughter, and a dog. I cherish spending time with my family, gardening, hiking, and traveling to exploring new cultures while enjoying the great outdoors. My passion for learning about the human body, muscles, and nerves drives my commitment to providing effective treatments through massage.
Having witnessed the struggles of loved ones suffering from health challenges like cancer and diabetes, I have a profound empathy for those in pain. These experiences have fueled my desire to promote holistic health and empower others in their healing journeys. My mission is to alleviate chronic pain and illustrate the countless benefits of massage for a healthy body and mind.
