Specializing in both massage and energy work, our bodywork services are well suited for chronic pain conditions, stress relief, grief and trauma healing, pre/postnatal mothers, and so much more. Referrals are made to other providers for traditional deep tissue and sports massage needs.
As is our nature, helping neighbors and building community by being a resource for information is a big part of what we do- connecting you with other treatment providers, herbal medicine sources, local products and stores, and where the next cool thing is happening.
We are licensed practicioners who put professionalism and our Appalachian values at the forefront, while aiming to keep services accessible and affordable. Unfortunately, we do not do insurance billing. A.H.T Studio is located 2.5mi off the Alta exit and is a safe space welcoming all clients to unwind and heal.
