Mindful Movement & Massage Therapy
Being a massage therapist merges well with my avid promotion of well-being and healing along with my passion for learning and sharing. Over the years, I have developed a keen understanding of my physical limits and would like to help others develop their own body awareness, allowing them to go beyond what they currently are capable of.
In my massage practice I like to incorporate multiple modalities including sports massage, Thai massage, trigger point therapy, shiatsu, myo-fascial release, guasha, cupping, reiki, lymphatic drainage and more, as needed by each individual client.
