Amanda began pursuing new ways of connecting to a deeper, fuller life in 2018 . Diving deep into wellness, she came into massage for her own healing and experienced profound transformation as a result of receiving body work. She became hungry to learn more and share the power of massage with others. She learned to refine her general interest in wellness and pursue a new way to help others heal.
As a Graduate of The Institute of Sanative Arts Amanda spent over 650 hours studying the anatomy of the body for massage therapy. She is certified in Massage Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, therapeutic techniques, movement and stretching techniques, neck and facial massage, hot stone, and salt body polish.
Amanda takes her continuing education very seriously. She received her CS1 certification from the Upleadger CranioSacral Therapy Institute in spring of 2024. This practice helps clients locate and remove restrictions throughout the body by targeting the Central Nervous System, supporting the body's own innate healing capacity for more long term relief. She will receive her CS2 certification in the summer of 2024, taking this practice even deeper.

Massage is a way you can release. Our lives get stuck in our tissues. When you release these things there is an experience of ‘coming home’ to the body. When you feel at home in your body, you experience greater ease, joy, and open connection to others.
Amanda creates body work that is centered around listening with her hands. She invites you to participate in your wellness experience by using breath and intention to encourage your body to unwind, welcoming you to a safe space and to just be within.
