Get Addicted
Why Did I Become A Massage Therapist?
I have always had a passion and desire to help people feel better. I've seen so many individuals become addicted to drugs, alcohol, and pain killers in an attempt to escape the pressures of daily living, find relief from physical discomfort, to soothe their anxieties, or to simply relax.
Since I've always known that my hands are gifted and have oftentimes been told that my touch alone has given others a sense of peace; I figured being addicted to touch would be a better option for people to experience instead of drugs, alcohol or other substances.
Massage is not just about being rubbed on. Massage provides a handful of health benefits as well. Massage was used by several ancient cultures to treat all types of injuries and have been known to aid in the healing of terminal health conditions. Massage therapy continues to hold its place as one of the most effective, safe, and natural ways to treat mental and physical ailments such as: Pain, Anxiety, and Depression.
My overall purpose as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to help you feel better and improve your quality of life through the power of touch.
