Massage, it’s like an oil change for your body!
My intention is to provide professional and therapeutic experiences for all clients. In order to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience and outcome, the following policies and procedures have been created.
- Appointments- All 60 and 90 minute services are "true" 60 and 90 minutes of hands-on. Pre/Post natal, Oncology, and minor clients are gladly welcomed!
- Arrival- Please arrive before the time of your service. Late arrivals may have service shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original service time will be charged.
- Cancellation- Please provide at least 24 hr notice if you need to cancel, change, or reschedule your service. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of service scheduled, this charge will be added to your next scheduled service. If cancellation occurs within 1 hour of service, client will be flagged unable to book until 100% of cancelled service is paid for. No call/ No show appointments will be permanently flagged and unable to book any future services.
- Boundaries- As a professional I am glad to adjust and individualize each session. As a client it is your right and responsibility to communicate anything that may be uncomfortable for any reason at all. This could include, but is not limited to pressure, temperature, music type, volume of music, or lighting. Sexual commentary or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate end of service and client will not be allowed to rebook. Draping is the law and will be done in a comfortable and respectful way.
- Medical Conditions- It is the responsibility of the client to inform me of any new or existing medical conditions.
- Confidentiality- All conversations and conditions are treated as confidential. As such, I will never discuss or disclose your visits or any information with anyone without first obtaining your written consent.
