Joining you on your path to wellness.
I want to become your wellness partner, keeping you on your chosen path. Did you know that regular massage therapy can help return your soft tissue to a more healthy state, allowing you to be more comfortable in all your activities? My excellent results from massage therapy led me to become a massage therapist. My favorite activities are on trails (walking, biking, horseback riding), and my massage therapist is essential to keep me on the path!
Two session lengths are available to meet your needs. I have completed a 1200+ hour program in massage therapy with a focus on clinical therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, relaxation massage, plus I have had continuing education in temporal mandibular joint disease (TMJD), pregnancy massage, nerve entrapment, and fascial work. The Body Cushion system is available for pregnant women and others who need more support on the massage table.
I am located just west of the BSU campus in the Chief Plaza at 1510 Bemidji Ave N. Suite 7, just inside the glass door labeled 1510. My space is ground-level and handicap accessible, and there is close, easy parking.
I look forward to joining you on your path to wellness.
