My name is Shannon and I started my journey as a medical professional in 2003 when I graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. I noticed improvements, utilizing basic massage techniques, helping my athletes recover from chronic and acute injuries. I decided to pursue a course of study in massage therapy to make me a better Athletic Trainer. Little did I know that I had found my future calling.
In 2005, I graduated from Pensacola Junior College with a certificate in massage therapy. I have been practicing massage therapy in Gwinnett County for over 12 years, integrating modalities such as cupping, Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage.
