Please inform us as soon if you need to cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to a session, so we can reschedule you. Per our cancellation policy , in case of same day cancellations, late appointments or no shows, full payment is due and any available vouchers will be redeemed. If your gift certificate hasn’t been used within a year from said purchase date; There will be a $15 or 25% fee (whichever is higher) deducted from your certificate once it has expired.******************That means we Still accept certificates past their expiration dates, but the value will decrease over time.
