…Thank you for taking a moment to learn about my skills, treatment philosophy and overall approach. I passionately believe that by integrating massage therapy, we can achieve your best wellness-focused lifestyle.
My background and in massage therapy began at Central Oregon Community College in 2008. The Coursework spanned over 1,800 hours of training towards my Associates Degrees in Applied Sciences majoring in Massage Therapy, which I added to my 1997 degree in Arts and Science in Psychology.
In the early stages of my career, I had the pleasure of working with a number of physical therapists, chiropractors and massage therapists in medical settings and in five-star and award-winning, full service spas in the Pacific Northwest. From each of these therapists, I broadened my knowledge of various massage specialties to bring you amazing, therapeutic treatments. This broad knowledge benefits my clients, many of whom are experiencing body pain brought about by injuries or illness. During our initial assessment, you and I determine the end result then create the best treatment plan to return you to optimal health.
I offer a wide variety of massage modalities including; Therapeutic, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Gua Sha and the luxurious deeply relaxing Hot Stone massage.
My Relaxation massage includes my personal blend of Swedish, Tui Na, and Ayervedic massage to deeply relax you. My clients find this type of massage results in better sleep and stress reduction.
