MEET MARY
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher who fully believes in the power of the human body to transform and heal itself. With a compassionate touch, I work with your body to bring it back into alignment. I began Sacred Alchemy to create a warm and welcoming space where I can assist others in their journey back to themselves and to a place of peace and equilibrium.
I offer customized bodywork tailored to your specific needs ranging from Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or traditional Thai. I also offer private yoga sessions that meet you where you are to help cultivate a practice of movement and mindfulness. Feel free to reach out for more information.
