As a result of this unexpected change, booking online may be challenging in the short-term and gift card purchases are suspended until further notice. Please remember, gift cards are valid for 5 years and we still honor them. It may just take some time as this transition is navigated - we appreciate your patience.

While we offer a wide range of unique modalities, Esalen-styled Massage Therapy is the bedrock of this practice. This style massage is comforting and highly therapeutic in its nature. It offers the client the integrative awareness of muscle connectivity and promotes a "flow" --broadly treating the body systems, large muscle groups while being specific. For many, this type of approach is the most effective and relaxing way to utilize their time on the massage table.
We work in and around a health-minded community dedicated to creating strong minds and bodies through fitness and wellness services. We are fortunate to have access to multiple personal training staff, dietitians, and physical therapists in the SPICE community and within the Southern Maryland area. We help connect you to the best individuals that partner with you for your individual needs.
