Christine Jude Winus, B.A., LMT, CST, RM has created a nurturing sanctuary of peace and restoration to the village of Wappingers Falls. Christine has gained vast experience, working with various groups, ages and acute and chronic conditions and has expanded her practice to include a diverse collective of practitioners to serve the community. During your session, you will gain an awareness of how to recreate the dynamic energy of the body during a session; learning how manifestation of symptoms can occur due to many repetitive, ongoing stresses in our environment; physical, mental and spiritual.
Rising Earth Healing arts offers you a collection of somatic mind/body/spirit healing modalities with a variety of benefits. The word “somatic” is derived from the Greek word “soma” which means “living body.” Our journey together supports you in reducing discomfort, strain, and stress in the body. You learn how to transform negative emotional experiences, creating a greater sense of Self, building resilience and offering hope.
Somatic healing involves present-moment awareness and explores bodily tension, gestures, and bodily sensations through a combination of awareness, dialogue, movement, and/or touch. Through connecting and listening to the messages carried in the body, clients are guided to choices that support navigating with more ease and freedom in their lives.
