Hi, I’m Daphne Mauk, a licensed massage therapist and the owner of Rejuvenate and Restore Massage. As a married mom of three, and I truly understand how important it is to slow down, recharge, and take care of yourself in the midst of everyday life.
I graduated from Indiana Wellness College in 2021 and have been practicing massage therapy ever since. I’ve always had a passion for helping others feel relaxed, supported, and happy, which is what drew me to the service industry in the first place. My goal with every session is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for.
I offer a variety of massage services, including relaxation massage to help slow down and release tension, therapeutic massage using different modalities and stretching, prenatal massage to support expecting mothers, geriatric massage focused on gentle, comforting care, Thai massage incorporating stretching and techniques performed through clothing, and cupping therapy, which uses suction to increase blood and lymph flow, relax muscle tissue, and help the body release metabolic waste.
Clients often return to me because each session is completely tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a full-body massage, focused work on specific areas, or a customized upper- or lower-body session, I adjust my approach to what your body needs that day. I also believe the environment matters—clients are welcome to enjoy a safe space for conversation or quiet, along with music that fits their mood.
