Working as a massage therapist for the past 20 years, I've been able to work with people from many different health perspectives. People with headaches, back pain, or sports injuries might require a different approach from people suffering from fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, or migraines. I also regularly expand my knowledge base with new continuing education classes, so I may be better able to tackle your specific issues today than I have in the past.

Every single massage I do is tailored to the individual on my table, and each person's body changes from day to day and week to week. Getting massages regularly improves relaxation and allows better access to deeper muscles that may be causing issues.
