My practice philosophy is simple. I want to bring good energy, health and functional wellness to every client I encounter and become a conduit for Spirit to work through me. From an early age, I was practicing massage on family members. I knew this was my gift and calling!
Everyday I am so humbled and grateful for those who allow me to work on them. It brings me great joy and satisfaction to be a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist and Komyo Reiki Kai Practitioner.
My husband, two children and I have lived in Lincoln for the past fifteen years. We love to swim, explore local events and roads less traveled. I enjoy decorating with feng shui and making over castaway furniture in my spare time.
