Massage Therapy would best be described as a form of art. Each therapist hand crafts their technique based on modalities and specialties that they are passionate about. Just like an artist, no two therapists are alike. This difference is why massage therapy can benefit so many, after all no two people are alike. At the end of the day our commonality as therapists is that we all strive for one goal and that is to help our client's in mind, body, and spirit.

My background includes four years of outpatient physical therapy and six years of massage therapy in both sports oriented practices and spa settings. Each massage is tailored for specific aches and pains without being overly aggressive. Current clients describe my massage therapy sessions as a perfect blend between relaxation and recovery.
