NEUROKINETIC THERAPY: NKT is a corrective movement system based on Motor Control Theory. It is both an assessment modality and a rehab technique for pain and injuries. It is a protocol using precise muscle tests to address & correct dysfunctional muscle compensation patterns. Ultimately, it is a path to LASTING CHANGE.
- NKT Level 3--1st session: $175. Subsequent sessions, less than 6 months between sessions: $175 for non-members, $126.50 for members. Subsequent sessions, more than 6 months apart (or for NEW injuries): $175 for all.

A few words from Shawna:
I've always had a passion to help people. I was involved in, and studied, Sports Medicine and Athletic Training in high school and college. In 2004 I went to school for massage therapy. I incorporate my knowledge of sports medicine and massage therapy to provide a unique experience for my clients. I specialize in pain management through natural techniques such as Neurokinetic Therapy (NEW therapy!), myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping (vacuum therapy), sports massage, active and passive release, kinesiology taping, and many more. I have now been able to expand my business and open New Day Massage as its very own massage clinic!
