Mindful Massage by Julie, LLC proudly serves the Sarasota and Venice area. Licensed Massage Therapist, Julie, will provide each client with a session tailored to their individual wellness goals. Julie specializes in performing Therapeutic massage that involves Trigger-point therapy and myofascial release techniques. A therapeutic massage can be relaxing in itself and her massage techniques have been known to put clients to sleep.

Julie has been a Sarasota resident since 1990 and is a graduate of Booker High School's Visual and Performing Arts program. She has attended Manatee Community College A.A., Manatee Technical Institute's Massage Therapy Program, and University of Central Florida B.S. Psychology.
Julie is passionate about massage therapy and considers herself a perennial learner. She has worked in many prestigious spas in Sarasota and Bradenton. She previously trained under a highly recommended chiropractor.
