Kym is a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner & Licensed Massage Therapist providing relief for stress, body aches and muscle tension since 2002. She DOES NOT offer Deep Tissue or Trigger Point Therapy. She offers Lymphatic drainage (light pressure technique utilizing long strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in the body. It can help with tissue swelling, improve immune system, reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue, along with other conditions), Pregnancy Massage (for muscle changes in the mommy-to-be, before and after pregnancy), as well as infant massage and Medical Massage (a body-based therapy that uses a variety of therapeutic forms aiming to help relieve pain in chronic pain clients, such as headaches, migraines, sinusitis, cervical strain, whiplash, frozen shoulder,  plantar fasciitis and even  constipation, just to name a few).  Therapies used, include: Himalayan salt stones, Cupping therapy and Vibration Therapy. Kym enjoys helping people learn about their body's natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki (an energy therapy that aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy within the body can enable deep relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing and reduce some symptoms of illness).
