Policies - Below are the current policies of Massage by Sarah Elizabeth and CMT Sarah Reid. Please read carefully. These policies are subject to change without notice.
COVID-19
Please be courteous to my family, other clients and their families and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing or have experienced any of the following symptoms within the last 14 days of your appointment:
Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle. Or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea/vomiting or diarrhea.
Masks are optional. You are welcome to choose to wear one if it makes you comfortable.
SEXUAL HARRASMENT
This is a professional service and I am a licensed professional. Any remarks or attempts to solicit sexual service are illegal and will result in:
~ Immediate termination of your session
~ Your payment of the session in full
~ A filing of a report with the local. Police department
~ Banishment of any repeat booking
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS OR ARRIVING LATE
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
Cancellation fees only apply to those who have failed to cancel or reschedule their appointment before the 24 hour deadline.
~Current Fee: Full price of missed session
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW
A no-call/no-show is when you fail to show up to your appointment (by accident or on purpose) without calling.
~Current Fee: Full price of missed session
If you are a no-call/no-show, you (client) must pay in advance for any future sessions at the time of booking.
Please understand that my time is just as valuable as yours. When you make an appointment with me, I set aside time specifically for you. Communication is very important when it comes to rescheduling, cancelling and arriving late to your appointment. Please read and become familiar with my policy regarding these situations:
~All appointments must be rescheduled / cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
~Clients who reschedule/cancel their appointments after the 24 hour deadline will be charged a fee. Cancellation fee-full price of session, reschedule fee-$25.
~Any client who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show and be charged a no-call/no-show fee. Fee-full price of session.
~Any repeat no-call/no-shows will be required to pay for their session in full at time of booking. If you prepay and no-call/no-show, your prepayment will be applied to your fee.
~Clients arriving late have a 15 minute grace period. If I cannot reach the client within the 15 minutes the client will be considered a no-call/no-show, their appointment will be cancelled and the appropriate no-call/no-show fee applied to their account.
~Any fees accrued by the client must be paid in full prior to booking their next appointment. If client booked with a Gift Certificate the fee may be deducted fom that Gift Certificate.
~Late arrivals will have their session shortened to the time remaining in the original reserved time.
~This policy is strictly enforced with few exceptions.
ILLNESS

I have the right to refuse services to any individual if I deem necessary.
