Massage has had a positive effect on every medical condition we've looked at. - Tiffany Field, PhD.
Amy Rohrig, LMT
Graduate of Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy 2016
I decided to pursue my passion of massage after working mostly in office environments for most of my adult life. Massage is just something I've always been drawn to so I decided to find out more, and go to school and immerse myself in all that is massage. While in school I learned many modalities including Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, and Hydrotherapy. Among my hands on training I received courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, Ethics, Somatic Psychology, and various Business and Law classes. I was also fortunate enough to participate as in intern at Pittsburgh Steelers Training Camp. Since graduating in 2016 I have received certification in Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy and Infant Massage, and further training in Aromatherapy.
