In 2002, I graduated from the Soma Institute: National School of Clinical Massage Therapy, in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, I have had the pleasure of taking continuing education classes at Bodycraft Wellness & Massage Center, in Rockford, Illinois. I have enjoyed working at Chiropractic Clinics, Day Spas, and Physical Therapy offices. These different environments have allowed for some amazing professional growth and opened the doors for incredible opportunities.
Interests:
I have always enjoyed the relaxation aspect of Massage Therapy, however, there are incredible clinical benefits as well. I am extremely fascinated with how the human body works. The idea that you can use Massage Therapy to help with stress relief, migraines, sports injuries, injuries caused by accidents, pain management and so much more, is wonderful to me. I enjoy taking continuing education classes to assist in personal and professional growth. I believe that the best way to help my clients, is to continuously grow and research so that we can find what works for each individual.
