About Me:
A session with me is relaxing and productive. My Style is more Full Body, Deep Tissue massage and I have extended training and experience in Prenatal Massage and Reflexology. I have many years of training and experience in different modalities and can modify my techniques to fit your needs. I can address deeper tissues but I will not cause you or myself pain doing so.
I use organic, vegan massage cream that is nut and paraben free but also have coconut oil on hand if preferred.
Everything is connected so I like to treat the full body, with a focus of your areas of concern but I understand that sometimes specific work is needed. Let me know what therapeutic goals you have and I will reach into my years of knowledge and experience to help you achieve them.

I Do Not bill your insurance directly and I am Out Of Network.
I accept HSA and FSA cards and I can also provide an Insurance Compliant Receipt upon request for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider. It can also be used towards your deductible. However you may need a Prescription for Massage Therapy with a Diagnosis Code from a Doctor depending on your insurance plan. Any prescribing physician can provide the code. Chiropractors, Medical Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Some Physical Therapists etc.
I cannot provide a Diagnosis Code but I can provide all other information often needed for reimbursement.
For safety reasons I require first time clients to pay in advance, return clients do not need to pay in advance if they prefer another form of payment. If you need to reschedule or cancel please let me know. All reasonable and respectful schedule changes will be honored. In the case of cancelation and reimbursement is needed the credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
