I have been a massage therapist since 2008. I believe massage is a great addition to your lifestyle and self care. I offer a Therapeutic Massage that incorporates all of the training I have received in my career, including neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy and myofascial release, cupping, hot stone therapy, stretching and will soon be offering Ashiatsu bar therapy. Each session in tailored to what the client needs that day. I try to educate my clients on what may be causing their chronic tension and pain, and provide stretches or self massage techniques clients can use at home to help them between massages. Massage is the majority of my business, but I do offer one facial service, using natural products, that can be a great add on to a massage or a relaxing stand alone treatment, that will leave your skin feeling fresh and hydrated.
