Cancellation Policy: Life events happens and things change. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If client cancels within 24 hours, credit card on file will be charged $50. For no shows appointments, Card will be charged the amount of the scheduled service. All services including gift cards, gift certificates or prepaid massages paid are not refundable under any circumstances. Thanks for your understanding .
