Massage at MK Sports is geared to reduce pain, target muscle groups for peek performance, improve sleep, and overall, make you feel better and improve muscle function. I use techniques learned over the past 11 years including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, shiatsu, reiki, and many more to help assist clients in reaching their goals.
