WELCOME! Between Audrey & Elizabeth there are decades of experience and offer quite a variety of modalities and services. 

Audrey Lightfoot is a Virginia Beach local who graduated from ODU then went to massage school in Southern Maryland. Shortly after that she went to Ithaca, NY to study the Aromatherapy Certification  program from Aromahead Institute. Treating clients who have pain and inflammation is her specialty,. Gua sha, the dolphin neusrostim (acupuncture pen) and cupping are her favorite techniques to offer. She is a forever student studying herbs, supplements, nutrition, mycology, aromatherapy, astrology and makes the occasional tincture and small batches of hydosols from her copper still. 

Elizabeth Lopez is from COSTA RICA but has been around OBX and Virginia Beach for the past 20 years. She has a degree in Business Administration, Massage Therapy, Aesthetics & Cosmetology from the University in Costa Rica. She then went to Fuller School of Massage and is certified in Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Reflexology, Oncology massage, Ayurvedic & Shiatsu. Her specialty is spa body treatments, hot stone, bamboo massage, and Himalayan stone massage!
