Lauren Bee is a licensed massage therapist (LMBT #19706) with a focus on helping individuals suffering from chronic pain, injuries and athletes needing recovery. She specializes in therapeutic massage which includes deep tissue work, myofascial release, stretching and cupping. She has particular interest in runners and those with autoimmune illnesses as she herself is a long distance runner with lupus. You can expect to receive a personalized session catered to your specific needs and goals.
Lauren has a B.S. in Biology from Morgan State University as well as level 4 yoga teacher training from Yoga Fit and is also a certified personal trainer. She works as a pharmaceutical scientist during the day.
