Massage therapy. A natural, straightforward, and effective approach to renew, refresh, and restore the body. I customize each session to address areas of concern as we work together to reduce tension and discomfort. My goal is to also increase range of motion and flexibility by incorporating stretching and movement in most sessions. I encourage you to make time for self-care and invite you to come relax and find relief.
POLICIES
Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare and discuss session goals. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged.
**Cancellation Policy**: Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible for any illness or schedule conflicts. If you are feeling unwell days leading up to your appointment, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. Clients who show up for their appointment while sick will be asked to leave and payment for session will still be due. For all other cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee is incurred. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Insurance: Insurance is not accepted.
Payment: Preferred methods of payment are cash, check, or Venmo. Credit Cards are also accepted and processed using Square.
