I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 19 years experience. I started massage school after I saw improvement in my wellbeing from receiving weekly massages at the chiropractic clinic I worked at. I earned a strong understanding of anatomy and technique at Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs. I have a gift and passion for helping you reach optimal health through consistent massage.
In my practice, I utilize my many modalities in an integrated way to create the best massage experience that is customized to you for each visit. Relaxation is an integral part of therapy for tension and for pain, so everything in my massage room is chosen to promote relaxation. I work deeply through tension and move the limbs through restrictions to relax you into pain relief. As the body is urged from chronic patterns it can be uncomfortable, but I ask that you communicate with me so that soreness doesn't last as long as 2 days after the massage and that you can experience relief from pain.

In addition to my hands-on work, to your comfort level and as needed, I will use silicone cups to glide and loosen fascia, or warm basalt stones or a heated flax pack to melt tension in a muscle group,
I always work intentionally and with all areas that may be involved with pain, deeply as needed within your tolerance to stay breathing through it, not just on the spot where you experience pain. 90 minute sessions are my favorite because everything is connected and total body relaxation is part of pain relief.

My room is located inside Halo Haven in the Penn Hills Plaza in Muncy. All sessions are by appointment only, booked at least 24 hours in advance.
