As a dual licensed massage therapist and esthetician I also have a couple of facials which can bring balance to your microbiome of your face and clear any congestion. We all have busy lives today, with multiple hats that we put on and off all throughout the day - But let's not forget ourself. When we give to ourselves, whether its quiet time to read a book, for a walk, take bath or get a massage or facial we are filling an invisible bucket that only we can feel. When that bucket is full and pouring over we are radiating with true self love and are in a position to help those around us.
