Healing Elements in Lake Placid, NY is a 7-treatment room bodywork office. With our diverse staff, we truly offer therapy services for the body, mind, and soul. Our team includes 10 massage therapists, a Reiki master, two aestheticians, two cosmologists, and two bodyworkers trained in corrective exercise/sports medicine.
Our modalities include: Massage Techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy, Himalayan Salt, Hot Stone, and Medical Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Kinesio Taping, Instrument Assisted/Cupping Therapy (IASTM), Medicupping, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Trigger Point Work, NEW SKINCARE facials, and Waxing Services.
Our office is a subtle hint into the Adirondacks, embracing nature and colors of the elements to calm and relax you as soon as you walk through the door. Our five rooms upstairs are accessible, including an accessible bathroom. Our downstairs houses the earth room, available for couples massage and space for yoga and stretching classes. We also have a shower available if needed.
We also have self-help tools available for purchase, as well as jewelry and handbags from local artists.
For all treatments there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call if you need to cancel.
