Bringing mind, body, and spirit into harmony.
Notice: Harmonic Wellness is on COVID-19 suspension for the foreseeable future. My clients' health and safety is my first priority, and I am committed to doing my part to protect that by closing my practice for a time. I will be back as soon as it is safe to see clients once again! Please visit my blog to learn more about this decision and your options during this time: https://harmonicwellness.health.blog
Harmonic Wellness is so named because I believe in facilitating optimal health and pain recovery by bringing body, mind, and spirit into harmony. I integrate mindfulness, hydrotherapy, and some Eastern bodywork philosophies and practices into traditional Swedish massage to better provide holistic care for all clients. My treatments work to alleviate and heal chronic pain, injury, overuse, and high stress.
Harmonic Wellness is also devoted to helping singers improve vocal health. With a specialized approach to muscles related to performance, I address alignment, breath support, and tension stemming from the neck, throat, or jaw.
Harmonic Wellness serves all individuals and does not discriminate in clientele. I strive to meet the needs of anyone who chooses my services, whether that means reasonable cost accommodations, outcalls to clients, or expanding my knowledge of pathologies or bodywork modalities to provide even better treatment.
As a second-generation massage therapist, I work from a lifetime of familiarity and experience with various forms of bodywork, and bring decades of informal study to my practice in addition to my formal education.

FAQ
1. Where are you located? You can find my office in the MVP Realty building on the first floor. Head around to the back of the building and look for the steps and ramp down to the lower door. My business name will be on the directory. 2. What if I would rather not pay through the website when I book? My website is set up to take prepayment, but this step can be skipped without entering any credit card information if you plan to pay at the time of service or have prepaid with another method.
3. When should I arrive for my appointment?
If it's your first session with me, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for a bit of paperwork and assessment prior to your session.
4. Do you take insurance?
No, I don't currently partner with any insurance providers.
5. Do you offer any discounts or specials?
I offer 20% discounts to teachers and first responders (EMTs, firefighters, nurses, doctors). I also do seasonal discounts and package deals for regular clients. Please get in touch for more information! 6. Can you accommodate low-income clients?
Yes, I have a limited number of sliding-scale options for those who would not otherwise be able to receive massage treatment.
7. Do you work evenings and weekends? I am generally happy to extend my work day to accommodate a client's schedule–especially those who are regulars or looking to become established clients. Weekend appointments are less common, and I generally charge my home visit fee ($20) for these appointments.
8. Do you do deep tissue massage?
I usually counter this with my own question: What are you looking for in a massage? If you're looking to be sore the next day because you believe massage needs to hurt in order to be effective, then no. I do not do deep tissue massage. If you believe your body responds better to deeper pressure... let's talk.
